Assist Care Group offers a wide range of home care services which enable individuals to live as independent, dignified, safe and fulfilling a life as possible. For most of us, our home is our safe haven. Maintaining our home, as well as having choice and control over decisions that affect our lives is important to us all. However, sometimes life circumstances can make those everyday tasks needed to live independently a little harder.

We support a wide range of people across West Sussex and Surrey, from individuals with an acquired brain injury or Motor Neurone Disease, to the elderly, and those living with dementia.

We can provide care workers with experience in supporting people with specific disabilities and illnesses such as: dementia, mental health problems and Parkinson’s.
