Tim Wilson
Managing Director &
Nominated Individual
Tim entered the Care industry in 2010 after a successful career in Media and as a technology consultant for two of the top five global tech firms. Passionate about quality, Tim firmly believes that well-supported staff provide the highest quality service for customers.
He served as a Director on WSPiC for 8 years and currently holds directorial roles at the Surrey Care Association and the National Homecare Association (HCA). Tim enjoys night-time mountain biking and has a secret hobby of playing the piano! He is responsible for the overall leadership of the Group and feels honored to work with such a highly skilled and fantastic team.

Becca
Personal Assistant to the Management Team
Becca first joined the team as an apprentice in 2009 and has since held a variety of roles across the organisation. Now, in her position as Personal Assistant to the management team, she provides administrative support and plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager
Jo is a vital member of the team, and that’s not just because she manages payroll! She is always available to address any payment or invoice inquiries and adds a lively touch to the office with her excellent sense of humour!

Beryl
Morale Officer
As our dedicated Morale Officer, Beryl, the Australian Labradoodle, plays a crucial role in uplifting the spirits of our team and customers alike. With a natural gift for providing comfort and spreading joy, Beryl specialises in therapeutic cuddles and emotional support, making her an invaluable asset to our care company.

Adam
Branch Manager
We are pleased to announce Adam’s appointment as the Branch Manager for our Surrey location. Adam brings extensive experience from his oversight of HomeFirst Hospital Discharge services in Horsham, where he skillfully managed large teams of community carers. Alongside his responsibilities in Surrey, Adam will lead the launch of our new branch in Horsham, expanding our services and areas of expertise into a new county.

Area Manager
Tracey’s career in care is a textbook success story! Starting as a carer in 2001, she now serves as our dedicated Area Manager, always ready to roll up her sleeves and provide top-quality care. Tracey is a seasoned professional, and if she is assigned to care for your loved one, you can rest assured they are in the best hands!

Area Manager
Ashraful has recently joined Assist Care Group. He worked as an Executive at two multinational companies in Bangladesh. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, he made the exciting move to the UK to pursue a Master’s degree at Portsmouth University, all while juggling his role as a dedicated Field Care Supervisor.

Area Manager
Connie joined our team as an FCS in late 2024, covering the Horsham and Redhill areas. From the outset, she has shown great dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting both customers and colleagues. Her commitment to delivering high-quality care, alongside her ability to build strong relationships, makes her a valued member of our team. We are excited to see her continue to grow and make a meaningful impact in her role.

Elaine ensures that our staff members are consistently updated with the latest training, enabling them to maintain the delivery of excellent care. Since 2003, Elaine has been an integral part of our team, progressing from a carer to a Field Care Supervisor and now serving as Surrey’s dedicated trainer. Her knowledge of the Care Industry is unparalleled; there’s hardly anything she doesn’t know

Louise
Deputy Manager
Louise joined us in 2005, initially taking the lead in our quality and compliance efforts, eventually progressing to the role of Deputy Manager. Louise ensures that everything is meticulously in order and rarely anything escapes her attention. You can rely on Louise for assistance with anything and expect first-class support along with a compassionate ear.

Loreen
Field Care Supervisor
With a background as a Senior Carer, Loreen provides knowledgeable leadership as a Field Care Supervisor. Her hands-on experience and commitment to person centred care, ensure that our team consistently delivers compassionate and dependable support to each individual.

Danielle
Care Coordinator
Danielle serves as the Senior Coordinator for the Western area. We can always tell when she’s in the office because her vibrant personality brightens everyone’s day and brings smiles all around. Plus, she’s a tech wizard and incredibly skilled with that computer thing that keeps everything organised!

Charlotte
Field Care Supervisor
Charlotte joined our West Sussex team in 2019, initially as a Carer and swiftly advancing to FCS shortly after. She adores her job and willingly offers to work on her days off… and we certainly aren’t complaining! Charlotte is currently making great progress towards completing her Level 3 qualification, although her superb care, kindness, and compassion for our customers and staff require no formal certification.

Cherrie
Field Care Supervisor
Cherrie joined our team as a Carer in 2022 and, through her dedication and hard work, progressed to the role of FCS in early 2025. Throughout her time with us, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to both clients and colleagues. Her passion for making a positive difference, combined with her growing expertise, makes her a valuable asset to our team. We look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in her new role

Lucy
Care Coordinator
Lucy joined our team as a Carer in 2019 and eagerly embraced the opportunity to step into the role of FCS when it arose. More recently, she transitioned into the position of Coordinator for the Western area, demonstrating remarkable growth in confidence and successfully achieving her Level 3 certification. Lucy exemplifies kindness, care, and compassion, making an invaluable contribution to our team.

Sue
Trainer
Sue is much more than our Trainer and former Nurse. She provides support to our staff during challenging times, helping them to enhance their skills and manage their roles. Sue is also involved in recruitment and, when necessary, efficiently allocates visits. She readily offers her expertise for Safeguarding matters and any feedback we receive.
