If you’re paid £11.11 and travel more than 4 minutes every hour, you’ll be paid less that the legal National Living Wage (£11.11 / 64 * 60 = £10.42).

The only way to ensure you’re hourly rate stays your hourly rate is to be paid for the travel time between your visits. That’s why at Assist Care Group, we pay all our staff Paid Travel Time PLUS Mileage expenses between all visits.

We use EarlyPay so that our employees get the flexibility of accessing the pay that they’ve already earned, this could be you.

How it works

It’s simple! EarlyPay allows you to withdraw your pay before payday! What’s the catch… There isn’t one!

You withdraw your earned income via the EarlyPay app as soon as you have completed your visits
At the end of your working day 50% of accrued wages can be paid into your bank account without authorisation or sign off
EarlyPay allows you to be flexible with your salary instead of the traditional payday in case of emergencies or cashflow issues.
