- Do you enjoy what you do each day?
- Do you leave work feeling like you’ve made a difference in someone’s day?
- Are you supported by your employer to not just provide the best service to others, but also to meet your own needs and grow and learn?
Here at Assist Care, we like to stand out from the crowd, not just in the level of service we provide to those we care for but also for our carers.
There are many reasons why a person may need care in their home, so we provide a range of services including:
- Companionship & Respite
- Disability Care
- Mental Health Care
- Live-in Care
- Night-time and 24-Hour Care
Within these services (you can find out more HERE), there is a wide range of activities which means no two days are the same for our carers.
You might be visiting someone to help with their daily tasks, cooking their meals and doing light household duties one day. You might be accompanying a client on an appointment or taking them shopping and joining them for a trip to a café on another.
When you provide specialist care (training and support are provided), you could be doing something even more adventurous and fulfilling as we help our clients live their best and most independent life possible, full of growth and opportunities!
Imagine helping someone build their confidence to live a more independent life, cultivating their interests and hobbies, at the same time helping their families get the time they need to recharge and live their own lives.
Compassion and respect are important for both our clients and our carers who often feel like part of the families they help and with whom they build long-lasting relationships.
We’re looking for carers who really care.
If you enjoy spending time with people and looking after others, we’ll provide you with:
- full training from a qualified nurse plus days shadowing others
- flexible and guaranteed hours
- excellent rates of pay including paid travel time and mileage
Assist Care Group was founded in response to poor in-home care. We know how important it is to provide an excellent service when looking after loved ones.
One of the ways we do this is by looking after our staff and providing a varied and compassionate environment, both for team members and those we care for.
By doing this and encouraging our team members to achieve their ambitions, we can be confident we provide a rewarding and fulfilling place to work.
When you work with us, we want you to go home feeling like you’ve had a great day and helped make someone else’s life easier and better.
