Kristen Deeley

Operational Manager and Business Development Manager

I have always been incredibly passionate about enabling the individuals we support to experience as many opportunities as possible that will enrich and fulfil their lives. My career has spanned various sectors in Health and Social Care, including hospitals, day centres, and residential care, where I have worked with both children and adults, supporting a variety of complex needs. I am also a Board Director for the local care association, West Sussex Partners in Care. As the Operations and Business Development Manager at Assist Care Group, I find my role incredibly fulfilling. I am passionate about motivating our staff to deliver high-quality, holistic care, always keeping individuals at the center. We place great importance on listening to our customers and our team, valuing their views, and encouraging their feedback to shape our services. My goal is to continuously find innovative ways to enrich the lives of those we support, providing trusted home care to those in our community.
