At District Carers, we offer flexibility and versatility when it comes to the number of hours you work and the contract that you join us on. We offer full, part-time and flexi hour contracts, guaranteed hours, and salaried contracts. Employees are also able to pick up additional hours should they wish, included shifts that offer enhanced pay (weekends, bank holidays and night shifts).
