Our carers cannot carry out duties which are likely to cause risk to either the person we provide care to or to support worker themselves. Your care plan will be discussed with you and agreed before we begin providing support, and this will detail the tasks that will be carried out for you. Any changes to the plan can be discussed with your carer or our support team at any point.
